Birth Preparation Workshop for Couples

Taught by Sue: a qualified and experienced Pregnancy Yoga teacher

Suitable for third trimester, weeks 29-40

During this relaxing workshop, you and your birthing partner will learn breathing techniques, yoga movements and yoga positions that are beneficial during labour and birth. The workshop is a time for you to work together, to give you the knowledge and confidence to prepare for the birth and a time for you to connect as a couple with your baby. (Refreshments and homemade cake served at the end of the session!)
