Baby Yoga

Taught by Sue: a qualified and experienced Baby Yoga teacher

This 4-week course aims to provide you with the skills and knowledge to safely practice yoga exercises with your baby.

Baby Yoga is a wonderful follow on from Baby Massage as we introduce more energetic and stimulating yoga exercises.

The course incorporates a mixture of Hatha (Gentle) and Ashtanga (Active) yoga practices for parent and baby.
The Yoga sessions give you as the parent the opportunity to focus on relaxing through breathing exercises and aligning your posture through Asanas.

Benefits of Baby Yoga:

Yoga mats are provided, however, to be mindful of your own position I suggest bringing a pillow or cushion for your comfort.

I also recommend wearing loose and comfortable clothing for your ease of sitting on your yoga mat.

For baby I recommend layers, as unlike Baby Massage, baby will remain clothed for Baby Yoga.
